BENEFIT AND INSURANCE CONSULTANT—LEAVITT GROUP PRESENTATION

Human Resources staff will be present with representatives from the Leavitt Group to answer questions from Council and the Mayor about the Group’s services. Specifically addressed will be the following: a) TeleDoc, b) consulting services, c) compliance services and d) history in regards to experience ratings, premiums and consulting fees.

GOLF ADVISORY COMMITTEE UPDATE

Representatives from the Golf Advisory Committee will discuss the Committee’s goals and projects, as well as Council’s policies and expectations.

PARKS AND RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD UPDATE

Representatives from the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board will discuss the Board’s goals and projects, as well as Council’s policies and expectations.

BANNOCK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION UPDATE

John Regetz, Bannock Development Corporation, Executive Director, will be present to give Council an update of their activities and achievements.

REDI PRESENTATION

Representatives from Regional Economic Development Eastern Idaho (REDI) will be present to discuss their organization.

FLEET MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR CITY VEHICLES

Tom Kirkman, Street Operations Superintendent, will give a presentation regarding a proposed Fleet Management Program that would centralize all City vehicles.

GREAT AMERICAN ECLIPSE EVENT—PRIVATE PROPERTY USE

City staff will be present to discuss with the Council potential ordinance exceptions allowing private property owners to rent space for RV parking for the period of Thursday, August 17, through Wednesday, August 23, 2017 during the Great Eclipse event.

BUDGET AMENDMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017

Representatives from the Finance Department will be present to provide information and explanations of proposed budget amendment requests for Fiscal Year 2017.

CITY EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK PROPOSED CHANGES

Heather Buchanan, Human Resources Director, will be present to discuss proposed changes and clarifications to the City Employee Handbook.
