What’s on tap in terms of summer programs at Zoo Idaho and the Marshall Public Library will be the topics on the next “Calling City Hall.” Mayor Brian Blad and City Council President Steve Brown will be joined by Zoo Idaho Superintendent Peter Pruett and Marshall Public Library Public Services Supervisor Jamie Bair for an in-depth look at how residents young and old can enjoy the summertime at their respective facilities. The library’s Summer Reading Program kicked off at the beginning of June and features a number of activities with a nod to the Olympics including arts and crafts, movies, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math) activities. The show will air live on Government Access Channel 56 Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. and the public is invited to participate in the program by calling in with their questions to 234-6282. For more information on this program, Government Access Television, or Community Access Television, contact Pocatello Community Media at 234-6280.
