Marshall Public Library Invites Youth to Diagon Alley: Harry Potter Cosplay

The Marshall Public Library is inviting teens to take a figurative trip to one of literature's most magical places.

Friday, July 28 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., the library will host “Diagon Alley: Harry Potter Cosplay.” Youth in grades 6 through 12 are asked to come dressed as their favorite Harry Potter character and sample delectable delights at Honeydukes, design their own wand, try some Butterbeer and more. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.

A similar event for younger children will be held on Harry Potter’s Birthday, July 31 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
