The Pocatello Arts Council has a vacancy open for immediate appointment.
This volunteer board was established to encourage, enhance and educate the community with respect to the arts. It is a working board with members collaborating to identify, plan and administrate public art projects for community enhancement. The Arts Council also oversees and manages available City-allocated funding, as well as seeks additional arts funding from other sources. Meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Interested persons ages 16 and older can obtain an application by contacting the Mayor’s Office at 911 North 7th Avenue, visiting the Advisory Committees link at www.pocatello.us or by calling 208-234-6163.
Due Date: Applications for membership must be received by September 15, 2017.
