PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
The Planning & Zoning Commission (formerly the Community Development Commission) acts as a citizens advisory group to the City Council. The Planning & Zoning Commission (P&Z) is charged with making recommendations concerning land-use plans, planning processes, and/or on matters of plan implementation.

The P&Z Commission agenda will be updated the Monday before each meeting.
P&Z Commission meetings are held on the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of each month (unless there's a holiday), in the City Council Chambers at 6:30 p.m.

HEARING EXAMINERS
Hearing Examiners are appointed by the City Council to conduct public hearings and make recommendations on certain land use exception processes. Hearing Examiner meetings are scheduled for the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month (unless there's a holiday) at 5:30 p.m. in City Council Chambers, if applications are received.
