  1. Junior Olympic Girls Fastpitch Softball Registration

    Pocatello/Chubbuck teamed up to provide the best possible softball league for our girls. The girls Fastpitch league is for girls 7-14 years of age. The age groups are 7-8/8u, 9-10/10u, 11-12/12u, 13-14/14u. We use their age as of January 1, 2018. The season runs May to mid-July, with games starting at the end of May. Games are played Monday – Thursday nights at Capell Park in Chubbuck. Cost is $50.00. Registration is March – April, and is done online at or check out Chubbuckfastpitch on Facebook for more details.   2. Adult Summer Softball Registration

    March 5, 2018 - April 11, 2018 @ Community Recreation Center

    Leagues are available for Men’s, Women’s and Coed and over 50. The league is open to both competitive and recreational division teams. All league teams will be registered with the USA Softball. Teams are eligible for all USA Softball sanctioned tournaments. All games will be held Monday through Thursday at Watkins Softball Complex (700 W. Eldredge); Tydeman Park, (1000 N. 7th); and Optimist Park, (1001 N. 8th). Players must be at least 18 years old to participate in the league.

    A High School Zoo SnooZzzz at the zoo! During this late winter slumber program, high school students will enjoy learning about what animals do to survive the cold weather—migrate, hibernate, or tough it out. They will get a behind-the-scenes peek with a zookeeper and animal ambassador presentation, work on a craft, and play games. (Participants must be high school students.)
