Every year city departments are required to present a performance report to the Mayor, City Council and citizen stakeholders (Service Level Report). Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the departments discuss their mission, financial inputs, workload outputs, measures of efficiency & effectiveness (including comparisons to other cities & industry norms), results and their issues and concerns for the future. |

FRIENDS OF THE CEMETERY
COMMITTEE DESCRIPTION
|
The Friends of the Cemetery was formed after an advisory group of citizens worked informally with the City for several years. This committee encourages the preservation of monuments and structures, maintenance of grounds, prevention of vandalism, and general enhancement of the appearance of the municipal cemeteries. The Cemetery Supervisor serves as a non-voting, ex-officio member. There are eleven voting members who serve two-year terms.
