Every year city departments are required to present a performance report to the Mayor, City Council and citizen stakeholders (Service Level Report). Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the departments discuss their mission, financial inputs, workload outputs, measures of efficiency & effectiveness (including comparisons to other cities & industry norms), results and their issues and concerns for the future. |

GOLF ADVISORY COMMITTEE
COMMITTEE DESCRIPTION

This seven member advisory board was created by the Mayor and City Council to advise them and to make recommendations on matters related to the operation of the City's municipal golf courses. The Committee provides a forum in which the golf course concessionaire, the City and golfers can present and discuss concerns or proposals regarding golf course operations. The Committee is comprised of four (4) at-large members, one (1) representative of the men's High River Golf Association, one (1) member of the women's High River Golf Association, and one representative from the current golf course concessionaire(s).
