City of Pocatello

Every year city departments are required to present a performance report to the Mayor, City Council and citizen stakeholders (Service Level Report). Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the departments discuss their mission, financial inputs, workload outputs, measures of efficiency & effectiveness (including comparisons to other cities & industry norms), results and their issues and concerns for the future.

City Ordinance Chapter 15.32 Relating to Flood Hazard Areas

USGS Gauging Station Data
	Portneuf River water gauging data provided by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). The Portneuf River station is operated in cooperation with Idaho Department of Water Resources. (Click here to view station data)

City of Pocatello Flood Plan
	Flood incidents can endanger human life, cause extensive property damage and result in significant harm to the environment. This flood plan was developed to assist the community in dealing with flood hazards that exist locally. This plan defines who does what, when, where and how they will do it.
