THE CITY OF POCATELLO BUDGET DEVELOPMENT PROCESS


Each year between the months of March and August the City of Pocatello City Council, Mayor, staff and departments engage in the process of developing the next year's annual fiscal year City Budget. Budget department level reports, considerations and decisions are made in public between the City Council, Mayor and city staff before the final budget is presented and voted to be approved. Below you will find recent reports and video archives on the City of Pocatello's budget deliberations.

FY2012 Proposed September Budget Amendments. This document provides detailed information on the proposed FY2012 September budget amendments for the City of Pocatello. Released August 2012

   

FY2013 Proposed Budget Key Parameters. This document provides detailed information on the proposed FY2013 budget for the City of Pocatello. Fiscal Year 2013 (FY2013) begins on October 1, 2012 thru September 30, 2013. A public hearing on the proposed budget will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 2, 2012 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 911 North 7th Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho 83201. Released July 2012

   

FY2013 Proposed Fee Changes. This report contains details on proposed fee increases for FY2013, including those that are 5% or greater. The proposed increases are necessary to cover increased costs in the various programs. A public hearing is scheduled at 6 pm on Thursday, August 2, 2012 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 911 North 7th Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho. Released July 2012
