The mission of the City of Pocatello Human Resources Department is to partner with City operations to develop and maintain human resource services, programs, and policies that create the optimal work environment for serving the citizens of Pocatello.

The City of Pocatello employs approximately 500 employees. Up to 200 additional employees are hired on a part-time temporary basis during peak seasons. We offer diverse job opportunities with varying levels of experience, skill, and educational requirements.
