Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the departments discuss their mission, financial inputs, workload outputs, measures of efficiency & effectiveness (including comparisons to other cities & industry norms), results and their issues and concerns for the future.

2006 Water Balance and Pumping Capacity of the Lower Portneuf River Valley Aquifer

A detailed water balance of the southern portion of the lower Portneuf River valley (LPRV) aquifer has been updated to reflect new information on potential recharge sources, to evaluate recharge potential in the northern valley, and to provide a baseline for evaluating the aquifer's future response to drought conditions and increased demand. 2000 Economic Impacts of Enhanced Aquifer Protection for the Lower Portneuf River Valley Report
In October 2000, BBC Research & Consulting (BBC) was commissioned to study the economic implications of additional regulatory measures to protect ground water quality in the LPRV. BBC worked with the Lower Portneuf River Valley (LPRV) Aquifer Protection Work Group to identify potential protection goals.
