Community access television (Channel 64) is a public forum which helps build community through communication. It offers a unique and powerful venue for citizen expression and promotes community dialogue. Unlike broadcast television, community access programming reflects the diversity, interest, and viewpoints of people in a given community—because it’s created by people in the community.
