Level Pay is a great way to get your utility bill off the monthly roller coaster. Your previous 12 months of billings are totaled and then averaged. This average is what you pay each month, building a credit in the winter months when water consumption is less to carry you through the summer months when water consumption is higher.
Each November the actual charges are compared to the total payments, and your payment is recalculated for the next 12 months. It may go up or down depending on your usage. With Level Pay, you still receive a monthly statement so that you can monitor your account and consumption.
