Often people don't realize what a vital role Parks and Recreation plays in the quality of their lives. 2019 Kids' Flag Football
The Pocatello Parks and Recreation Department will begin accepting registrations for Kids' Flag Football on Monday July 15, 2019 for 3rd & 4th grade boys and girls (as of the start of school Fall 2019). Registration is available online at register.pocatello.us Registration fees are $50.00 per player. Players will be assigned to teams by schools and geographical areas of the city if at all possible. All players from outside the Pocatello/Chubbuck School District #25 area must be in contact with a coach from their area prior to registration in the league. The last day of regular registration will be Friday, August 9, 2019. A $5.00 late fee may be assessed beginning Monday, August 12, 2019. Team practices may be allowed to start on Monday, August 19, 2019. The season is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 9, 2019. Games are played Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays beginning at 5:40pm on the Halliwell Park lighted football field. Starting dates are subject to change based on registration numbers.
