HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION UPDATE

Representatives from the Historic Preservation Commission will discuss the Commission's goals and projects, as well as Council's policies and expectations. (ACTION ITEM)

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION UPDATE

Representatives from the Planning and Zoning Commission will discuss the Commission's goals and projects, as well as Council policies and expectations. (ACTION ITEM)

SISTER CITIES COMMITTEE UPDATE

Representatives from the Sister Cities Committee will discuss the Committee’s goals and projects, as well as Council’s policies and expectations. (ACTION ITEM)

5.

POLICE UNION QUARTERLY UPDATE

Members of the Police Union will give the Council an update of their activities for the past quarter.

TITLE 17 SUBDIVISION TEXT AMENDMENTS

Planning and Development Services Staff will be present to discuss the proposed update of the Zoning Regulations related to Maximum Height Limits.  (ACTION ITEM)

RIVERSIDE GOLF COURSE BRIDGE RESTORATION

Planning and Development Services staff members will be in attendance to discuss future plans and necessary actions to repair and restore the stone bridge at Riverside Golf Course. (ACTION ITEM)

WPC FACILITIES PLANNING STUDY AND PRIORITY 1 RECOMMENDATIONS

Representatives from Water Pollution Control (WPC), Keller Associates and Stantec Consulting will be present to discuss design services for the WPC Facilities Planning Study Priority 1 improvements recommended in the facility plan and presented to the Council at the May 13, 2021 Work Session.  The WPC Facilities Planning Study has received approval from the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.  Adoption of the study and approval of a design services contract with Keller Associates and Stantec Consulting will be presented at a future Regular City Council meeting for Council consideration.  (ACTION ITEM)
