Representatives from the Historic Preservation Committee will discuss the Committee’s goals and projects, as well as Council’s policies and expectations. (ACTION ITEM)

Representatives from the Planning and Zoning Commission will discuss the Commission’s goals and projects, as well as Council’s policies and expectations. (ACTION ITEM)

HOUSING ALLIANCE AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS UPDATE

Representatives from Housing Alliance and Community Partners will discuss their goals and projects, as well as Council’s policies and expectations. (ACTION ITEM)
5.

CLEAN ENERGY PRESENTATION

Crystal Rain representing the Idaho Conservation League will give a presentation about clean energy. Ms. Rain would like the City Council to commit their support toward a 100% clean energy system for Pocatello. (ACTION ITEM)

BANNOCK DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION UPDATE

John Regetz, Bannock Development Corporation (BDC) Executive Director, will be present to give Council an update of BDC’s activities and achievements. (ACTION ITEM)

Members of the Pocatello Fire Union will be present to give an update of Fire Union activities.

Members of the Pocatello Police Union will be present to give an update of Police Union activities.

PROPOSED SEPTEMBER FISCAL YEAR 2019 BUDGET AMENDMENTS

Finance Department staff will present to Council detailed information on proposed Fiscal Year 2019 September Budget amendments for the public hearing to be held on September 19, 2019. (ACTION ITEM)

ELECTRONIC TIME KEEPING UPDATE AND POLICY DEVELOPMENT

Human Resource and Finance staff will give an update on the status of the Time Clock Plus. The update will include proposed implementation and policy development including time entry methods and process. (ACTION ITEM)

EMPLOYEE POLICY MANUAL UPDATES

Human Resource staff will give a presentation on proposed updates for the City’s Employee Policy Manual. Staff is seeking Council’s approval of the proposed updates which will replace the current manual. (ACTION ITEM)
