Zoo Idaho Projects, Welcome Back Orange and Black to be Featured on “Calling City Hall”

Some of Pocatello’s wildest events are the topics for this month’s episode of “Calling City Hall.”

Mayor Brian Blad and Councilwoman Heidi Adamson will be joined by Peter Pruett, Zoo Idaho Superintendent, for a look at the zoo’s programs, events and projects that will close out the 2017 season, as well as what is ahead for the zoo in the future.

For the second half of the show, “Welcome Back Orange and Black” Committee Members Stephanie Palagi and Matt Hunter will be showcasing what is in store for this year’s event. The annual kickoff for Idaho State University’s school year will be held August 28 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Old Town Pavilion.

The show will air Tuesday, August 8 at 6:30 p.m. Due to scheduling considerations, this month’s episode of “Calling City Hall” will be prerecorded.
