Pocatello Councilmembers to be Sworn In, State of the City at Jan. 4 Meeting


The three Pocatello City Councilmembers who were elected in November will take their oath of office January 4.

At the first council meeting of 2018, Rick Cheatum, Linda Leeuwrik, and Heidi Adamson will be sworn in by City Clerk Ruth Whitworth. Once they have taken their oaths, they will immediately take their seats at the dais to begin their work serving the citizens of Pocatello.

Also scheduled for the meeting is the annual State of the City address. The video highlights the accomplishments of the City’s departments during 2017.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
