The World in Your Kitchen: Marshall Public Library Participates in Trial for AtoZ World Food

If you like to sample food from around the planet, the Marshall Public Library can help. All without leaving your own home.

During the month of April, the library is participating in a trial run of AtoZ World Food. The database features more than 6,000 recipes from 174 countries. Beyond just recipes, AtoZ World Food also features hundreds of articles on food culture and six food glossaries.

“Whether you’re an experienced chef or someone just getting their start in the kitchen, you’ll find plenty of inspiration through AtoZ World Food,” said Amy Campbell, Public Services Supervisor at the Marshall Public Library. “In less than one week, you could sample some of the food and culture from every continent.”

To access the database, patrons must obtain a user ID and password from library staff. Staff can be contacted by calling 208-232-1263 ext. 106 or in person at the library.
