“Snacks with the Mayor” Slated for July 11, 2 p.m.


Residents will have a chance to get a quick snack and visit with Mayor Brian Blad July 11.

At 2 p.m., at Copper Summit Assisted Living will host “Snacks with the Mayor.” The 60-minute meeting gives residents who don’t otherwise have access to questions, comments, and concerns heard by the Mayor and other City officials. At previous meetings, topics of discussion have included economic development, the Portneuf River Vision Study, Pocatello’s new flag, and the City’s pavement management efforts.

Copper Summit Assisted living is located at 2424 Birdie Thompson Drive.

Double Shot Coffee, who will also be providing snacks, is sponsoring the meeting.
