A public hearing will be held at Thursday’s Pocatello City Council Meeting on an ordinance that would regulate the feeding of wildlife within city limits.
The ordinance would prohibit “citizens from intentionally, knowingly or recklessly feeding or attracting wildlife within city limits.” There are also exceptions outlined in the draft. A copy of the proposed ordinance can be found at pocatello.us/AgendaCenter/ViewFile/Item/1630?fileID=5321.
