Pocatello Regional Transit’s Tour of Lights Slated for December 13 and 14

Pocatello Regional Transit (PRT) is set to highlight our area’s best of the best holiday decorators during this year’s 31st Annual Tour of Lights.

On December 13 and 14, PRT’s buses will take a jaunt around Pocatello and Chubbuck to feature the two cities’ top displays.

“For many of our passengers, this isn’t their first tour as they’ve made it an annual family tradition,” said Skyler Beebe, Pocatello Regional Transit Director. “Come mingle, sing carols, and enjoy a great evening for all ages.”

Boarding begins at 7 p.m. and the tour takes off from Pocatello City Hall promptly at 7:30 p.m. with buses returning around 9 p.m. Tickets are $5 per person and free for toddlers who are able to sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Tickets can be purchased at PRT’s Transit Center, 5815 South 5th Avenue, starting December 1 and must be purchased at least one day prior to the desired tour day. Potential riders are encouraged to get their tickets early as the event has been known to sell out.

The tour will also accommodate groups and special arrangements can be made by contacting Pocatello Regional Transit at 208-234-ABUS (2287) or via email at
