The Flag Football Program is an instructional program offered to 3rd and 4th grade boys and girls. Teams will be organized to play “11 Man” Football. Teams must have a minimum of 20 players and up to a maximum of 22 players per team. The League’s purpose is to prepare the participants for Little League Football when they are in the 5th grade. It is designed to teach the basic fundamentals and techniques of football. Teams are supervised by volunteer coaches at all practices and games. Participants must be in the third or fourth grade as of September 2018. Team jerseys are included in the registration cost.

The Adult Women’s Volleyball league will begin play the first full week of September. Player must be at least 16 years of age. The league may be scheduled to play on a Monday through Thursday basis. Games will be played at 7:30, 8:30, and 9:30pm. If there is enough interest and enough teams, we will offer a competitive division and a recreational division. Team rosters will only be accepted with the team fee and signed roster.
Fall Adult Coed Soccer matches will be played under the lights at Halliwell Park, 1100 West Alameda Road. All matches will be played Monday through Thursday evenings. Match times are 6:00 p.m., 7:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Players must be at least 18 years old to register for the league. Players may be required to prove their age with a valid driver’s license when registering. The league plays 9-a-side soccer. Each team must have a minimum of four men and four women plus a goalie of either gender on their roster before they are a legal team in the league. Teams may have up to 16 players on their rosters.
Leagues are available for Men’s and Coed. The league is open to both competitive and recreational division teams. All league teams will be registered with USA Softball (USA). Teams are eligible for all USA-sanctioned tournaments. All games will be held Monday-Thursday at Watkins Softball Complex (700 W. Eldredge) and Tydeman Park (1000 N. 7th). Players must be at least 18 years old to participate in the league.

Zoo Camps provide children (ages 5–13) the opportunity to spend the summer outside at the zoo learning about animals, zoos, and wildlife conservation. Activities include animal presentations, games, crafts, stories, and more! There is something for every child. Advanced registration required.
